Tabs
The IE team is working out the default settings for tabbed browsing in IE7. Since MS has a gargantuan R&D budget, chances are that behavior of tabs in IE will be an improvement over Firefox.
However, since Firefox is an open-source project, any improvement that IE introduces can and likely will be emulated by Firefox enthousiasts overnight, either as an extension, or as a real design change.
